A power circuit unit (30) having switching elements (30a, 30b) for converting DC power to AC power for supplying the AC power to an electric rotating machine (2), a control circuit unit (32) for controlling the switching elements (30a, 30b) of the power circuit unit (30), and a rotational position detection sensor (4) arranged on a rotating shaft (22) for detecting the rotation of the rotating shaft (22) are provided, and the control circuit unit (32) is disposed at a position where the power circuit unit (30) is not disposed when viewed in the direction of the rotating shaft, and is disposed at a position shifted radially outward so as not to be overlapped with the rotational position detection sensor (4) when viewed in the direction of the rotating shaft. |
