PURPOSE: A organic solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve an injection property by reducing a schottky barrier between a hole transport layer and an anode or between a photoactive layer and the hole transport layer. CONSTITUTION: A cathode(160) and an anode(120) are arranged to face each other. A photoactive layer(140) is located between the cathode and the anode. The photoactive layer includes a hole receptor and an electron receptor. A hole transport layer(130) is located between the anode and the photoactive layer. Active layers(170,180) are formed for between the anode and the hole transport layer and between the hole transport layer and the photoactive layer.
