METHOD FOR FABRICATING MICRO LENS AND MICRO LENS ARRAY

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of fabricating micro lens and a microlens array are provided to have a dead zone by using a gray toned mask and maximize optical efficiency of each pixel color. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of fabricating micro lens comprises the following steps: forming a first lens forming material layer on a semiconductor board micro lens formation area; forming first micro lenses(1000) by using first masks; forming a second lens forming material layer on domain adjacent to the first micro lens; forming second micro lenses(1006) from the second lens forming material layer by using the first mask and the second mask; forming the first micro lenses by using gray tone masks(800) as the first mask; forming the second micro lenses through a reflow process.
