PURPOSE: A connector protecting apparatus of a multi box for vehicle is provided to apply a cover to an upper side of a multi box and to protect a connector which is exposed to an upper side of a multi box. CONSTITUTION: A cover(100) is formed in a housing having an installing hole unit. The installing hole unit is fixed to a connector. The installing hole unit protects a connector. A separation unit(200) is formed to the upper side of the housing.
