PURPOSE: A composition for a three dimensional matrix containing collagen 4, laminin, nidogen, and proteoglycan is provided to study cancer mechanism or treatment. CONSTITUTION: A composition for a three dimensional matrix contains each 0.001-30wt% of collagen IV, liminin, nidogen, and proteoglycan in a proportion. The three dimensional matrix includes a matrix for suppressing cell division or cell dedifferentiation. The cell is human pigmentary skin cells. The three dimensional matrix is prepared using the composition.
