摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A tow control automation device using a floating apparatus is provided to extend the life time of a machine vision and a robot through preventing the impact of the machine vision and robot after the insertion of an electric nut runner. CONSTITUTION: A tow control automation device using a floating apparatus comprises an electric nut runner(10), a machine vision(12), a robot(11), and a floating unit(20). The electric nut runner controls a tow through controlling the adjusting bolt(3) of a tie rod assembly(1). The machine vision confirms the position information of the electric nut runner by filming the electric nut runner. The robot puts the electric nut runner into the adjusting bolt and rotates the electric nut runner. The floating unit is installed between the robot and electric nut runner for buffer action. The floating unit comprises a body frame in which the electric nut runner installed.</p>
