method for differential diagnosis of adenocarcinoma and squamous cell cervical cancer

摘要

A method for differential diagnosis of adenocarcinoma and squamous cell cervical cancer consists in the histological examination of the epithelium of the cervical canal, prepared by fractional curettage of cervical canal. The degree of oxidative modification of proteins in the cell cytoplasm is assessed by staining histological preparations with bromophenol-blue by the method of Michel-Calvo, followed by visualization of protein groups.
