A method for monitoring and prognosing of immunogenity of vaccines against porcine circovirus infection of 2-nd type comprises the biological test on pigs using porcine type 2 circovirus and parvovirus. To increase the expressivity and informativeness the of biotest the circovirus isolate is used, isolated in Ukraine, which is introduced intraperitoneally mixed with parvovirus of 5-7-day pig with daily fron sows vaccinated by test vaccine against circovirus.
