摘要 PURPOSE: Frozen half-finished fresh cream cake and a producing method thereof are provided to improve the productivity of the cake by reducing the processing ratio of retail stores. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of frozen half-finished fresh cream cake comprises the following steps: preparing a cake sheet using a separated egg sponge method; slicing the cake sheet, and spreading animal fresh cream on the cake sheet slices; and sprinkling frozen strawberries on the sliced surface of the cake sheet, and freezing the cake. The cake sheet additionally contains guar gum, and emulsifying oil for inserting the guar gum.
