PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for cultivating sea cucumber in a marine farming area are provided to reduce production costs and to improve production efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for cultivating sea cucumber comprises a fishing net(11), a support rope(14), a rope(15), an artificial fish reef(16), a sea water circulation pipe(20). The fishing net is supported by a buoyant unit and provides an enough space to the inside of the net. The support rope is installed on the top of the fishing net at a constant interval in the longitudinal direction or the traverse direction. The rope is equipped with a weight member in order to prevent the rope from moving and being entangled with other ropes. The artificial fish reefs are fixed to the rope at a constant interval. The sea water circulation pipe is installed in order to facilitate the supply of oxygen. |
