BATTERY COOLING SYSTEM OF ELECTRIC VEHICLE

PURPOSE: A battery cooling device of electric vehicle is provided to uniformly cool each battery pack without deviation, to prevent the overheat of a battery pack, to improve a battery performance, and to extend battery lifetime. CONSTITUTION: A battery cooling device having a battery housing(3) with an acceptance chamber(3a), and many battery packs(5) accepted in the acceptance chamber comprises: a plurality of temperature sensors(40) for sensing the temperature of the battery pack, installed in the acceptance chamber per region; and an air supply unit cooling the battery pack in specific region by supplying air to the specific region, in case that the temperature of the specific region of the sensed temperature per region is higher than preset standard temperature.
