<p>PURPOSE: A solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve photovoltaic efficiency by reducing contact resistance. CONSTITUTION: An emitter layer(200) is formed on a substrate(100) by including a first opening part(210). An antireflection film(300) is formed on the emitter layer by including a second opening part(310). A first electrode(220) is formed on the first opening part by including phosphorus and nickel silicide. A second electrode(320) is formed on the first electrode by including phosphorus and nickel. A front electrode(400) is formed on the second electrode.</p> |
