PURPOSE: A transmission manipulation tool for a manual transmission is provided to shift a gear through a stroke by automatically executing a select operation and a shift operation according to location of a gearshift. CONSTITUTION: A drive motor(110) comprises a rotary shaft in which a main-gear is installed. A connection gear unit(120) is arranged at the front side of the rotary shaft of the drive motor. The connection gear unit selectively transfers torque of the drive motor according to a position signal of a gearshift. A selecting unit(140) is arranged at one side of the connection gear unit corresponding to a shift fork. A shifting unit is arranged at the other side of the connection gear unit corresponding to the selecting unit.
