A method for vibration treatment of parts consists in that in a spring-loaded tank a working fluid and workpieces are placed, which are set in rotary motion by an impeller and in vibrational motion by an inertial vibroexciter, the treatment is carried out in circulating flows of the tank content flow by micro-cutting and elastoplastic deformation, the defective layer of material is removed, the surface roughness is reduced and hardened. Treatment is carried out while using energy of vibration and centrifugal forces acting on fluid. |
