PURPOSE: A small box with an electronic locking device is provided to prevent a theft by giving accessibility to only the person with authority. CONSTITUTION: A control unit(10) is included in a small box. An input device is connected to the control unit. The input device receives key information from a user. An electronic locking device is connected to the control unit and unlocks and locks a cover. A driving unit(31) is controlled by the control unit. Two locking units(35) include a hitching piece(34) and a locking piece(33).
