A device for obtaining extracts from fresh vegetable raw material comprises a working chamber installed in a housing, a device for material crushing, a feeder for raw material and extractant, a device providing circulation of extracted material, a separator, a pulse energy generator. The working chamber rigidly attached in an upper part of a vertically positioned rigidly fixed cylindrical body made in the form of a hollow horizontal cylinder with end walls hermetically attached thereto and rigidly connected to a coaxially mounted cylindrical microwave chamber made of transparent dielectric material, in the lid of which the pulse energy generator is horizontally rigidly attached. In the end walls of the working chamber a rotatable agitator with a drive is horizontally installed. At the top of the working chamber a filling hatch is made with a rigidly fixed hopper of fresh vegetable raw material with a gate and a horizontally located agitator-grinder with a drive. In its lower part a hole is made with a gate equipped with a drive, and a hole with a pipe rigidly fixed therein that is rigidly connected to the tank of extractant. Under the outlet of working chamber a filter centrifuge is coaxially installed and rigidly attached to the housing. It is loaded periodically. |
