PURPOSE: A micro plate for a bio-reactor is provided to prevent a culture medium in a well or chamber inside from the contamination. CONSTITUTION: A micro plate(10) comprises: a frame(20) mounted in a chamber; a plurality of wells(25) which has a culture space(27) and open upper portion; and a cover(39) which is coupled to the upper portion of the wells and filters foreign materials. The cover has an insertion part(31) which has a hollow form and is inserted to the wells; a head(35) hooked at the upper end of the well; a porous ventilation pad(50) which is mounted at a mounting hole and a sealing member(40).
