The invention relates to the area of high-voltage and accelerating equipment and is intended for stabilization of accelerating voltage of an electrostatic accelerator. In the method of stabilization of electrostatic accelerator acceleration voltage an that comprises formation of error signal at deflection of accelerating voltage from given value, its measurement, amplification and transformation of error signal to stabilization signal that corrects accelerating voltage, measurement of deviation of accelerating voltage from given value is carried out through measurement of deviation from given value of power of radiation emission doze formed by accelerator itself. Use of the method makes it possible to develop a system of stabilization as universal, suitable for all the types of electrostatic accelerators (there is no need in compulsory presence of a source of energy-analyzing magnetic or electrostatic field (energy analyzer) as part of accelerator and to simplify operation of the stabilization system (absence of precision mechanical adjustment of the stabilization system elements). |
