A method for immune cytochemical diagnostics of haematological diseases, and determination of the pathological substrate of cells is carried out in native smears preparations of peripheral blood and bone marrow punctate haematological patients by freezing at -20 C C for 3-5 h., rapid fixation in formol-acetone solution (pH 6.6) for 1 min., three-time washing in buffered saline, immune cytochemical reactions using sensitive and specific reagents - avidin-biotin complex and alkaline phosphatase as enzyme label.
