PURPOSE: An LCD applying a cooling module air conditioning system and an LED digital bulletin board are provided to prevent the down of an electric bulletin board by including a cooling module. CONSTITUTION: A display window(1) is arranged in a body(A) and in the center of the front thereof. An air inlet unit(8) is installed in an air inlet. An air exhaust unit(9.10) is installed in an air outlet. An LED or an LED panel(2) is fixed to the rear of the display window. An air circulation fan(6) is installed in a panel(F). An air circulation fan(7) is installed in a panel(F-1). A cooling module(B) is installed in a bracket(E). A cooling module comprises a cooling fan(3), a heat discharge member(4), and a cooling member(5).
