<p>PURPOSE: A smart filter for an HVDC(High Voltage Direct Current) is provided to vary the shape of the filter by turning on/off a switch element depending on the conditions of an AC system. CONSTITUTION: A smart filter(100) for an HVDC comprises an active filter unit(200) and a filter control unit(300). The active filter unit comprises a switch element unit. A manual element, connected to an AC power source(10) in a row, and one or more pairs of switch elements, connected to the manual element are arranged on the switch element unit. The filter control unit supplies a control signal for turning on/off a switch element unit to the active filter unit.</p> |
