A collar (12), a bracket (15), and a console (17) connect the sleeve to a tube (4), where an annular surface of the sleeve defines indentations formed in circumferential direction of the annular portion. The indentations are formed to be directed outward with respect to a side surface of the annular portion, where the device is made of plastic. |
