ULTRASOUND METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF CREEP DEFORMATION OF WOOD WITH ACCOUNT OF UNLOADING

摘要

An ultrasound method for determination of creep deformations of wood with account of unloading in the process of deformation of wood across the fiber in radial and tangent directions, and at testing the wood sample for creep with unloading one sounds the sample in cross direction with ultrasonic pulses, with measurement of velocity of sound during the whole process of creep and unloading depending on the level of creep.
