METHOD OF ULTRA-THIN SEPARATION OF ELEMENTS ANALOG OF GALLIUM (III) AND INDIUM (III)

A method of ultra-thin separation of elements analog of gallium (III) and indium (III) includes determination of a certain value of acidity of the medium in an analytical sample of an aqueous mixture of trace amounts of said elements, quantitative transfer in containers with a sorbent. As a sorbent a hydrophobic organosilica is used. Sorption is carried out in static mode in one stage. Hydrophobic aerosil preliminarily hydrophilized by acetone -aerosil (DMCS) is used as a sorbent. Indium remains in the initial aqueous solution.
