PURPOSE: A mobile interlocking system for wind power generation and a method thereof are provided to save manpower, materials, and maintenance costs by controlling, checking, and diagnosing the system regardless of time and places. CONSTITUTION: A mobile interlocking system for wind power generation comprises a wind power diagnostic server(200), a mobile data server(310), and a mobile phone(320). The wind power diagnostic server places a weighting on wind power data according to a grade of the data. The mobile data server transmits encrypted wind power data to a qualified client after confirming a qualification by performing a certification process through an ID, and password inputted in the mobile phone. The mobile phone offers the encrypted wind power data by decoding the data, so that the client diagnoses and controls the wind power generation. |
