This system for capturing images is intended to obtain waiting time for sending an electric signal to the shutter and capturing the image. The application of the system requires the implementation of a specific purpose circuit, which may perform tasks such as the area calculation, centroid calculation, values required for obtaining the waiting time. Once the image is captured, it is processed and stored in an external memory of the digital camera.
