METHOD FOR STUDY OF PERIPHERAL INTER-KIDNEY PACEMAKER OF CIRCADIAN RHYTHM

Disclosed is a method for study of peripheral intrarenal pacemaker of circadian rhythm at the middle of the light (1113) and the middle of the dark (23-1) phase of day cycle. In laboratory animals one blocks central pacemaker of circadian rhythm by keeping animal during 10 days at constant illumination with intensity 500 lux with determination of glomerulo-tubular and tubulo-tubular balance in nephron as index of circadian rhythm of kidney function.
