The method for diagnosing hemoperitoneum comprises the X-ray detection of blood in the abdominal cavity following intraperitoneal administration of 10-15 mL of 3 % solution of hydrogen peroxide (HO) upon puncture or laparocentesis. X-ray is performed in 1 and 5 minutes following administration of HO. |
