An electromechanical device for processing materials comprises an inductor system in the form of a flat magnetic closed magnetic circuit with a continuous three-phase partitioned winding, a nonmagnetic working chamber with discrete working bodies located in an active zone of inductor. The magnetic circuit is made in the form of two equidistant magnetic circuits. Sections of a three-phase winding have -⊂-like spatial shape. Sections of end phases of the three-phase winding are arranged with a crossing.
