PURPOSE: A coil block for a voice coil motor, a manufacturing method thereof, and a voice coil motor having the same are provided to obtain a coil block with uniform thickness by forming a third coil part obliquely wound on first and second coil parts. CONSTITUTION: A coil block(250) for a voice coil motor is formed in a hollow cylindrical shape, including first to third coil parts(260,270,280). The first to third coil parts are formed by coiling a long wire insulated with resin into a cylindrical shape. The first coil part is formed by coiling the wire in a first direction from the bottom of the exterior of a container shaped member(1). The second coil part is arranged on the upper side of the first coil part. The third coil part is formed by coiling the wire forming the second coil part in a second direction on the first and second coil parts.
