PURPOSE: Seaweed salad and a producing method thereof are provided to prevent the browning of undaria pinnatifida and laminaria japonica, and to improve the taste and the texture of the salad. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of seaweed salad comprises the following steps: hot water soaking undaria pinnatifida or laminaria japonica in 80~100deg C water containing an alkali additive for 10seconds~2minutes; dipping meristotheca papulosa, gigartina tenella, zizania latifolia into edible water containing pigments; washing the seaweeds with clean water; mixing the washed seaweeds with the constant combination rate, and inserting the mixture into seasoning liquid; and inserting the mixture into a packing container, and sealing. |
