PURPOSE: A passenger classification apparatus is provided to classify occupants of seats with a tilting function because a weight sensor receives loads from a seat frame through a link unit. CONSTITUTION: A passenger classification apparatus comprises a seat frame, a link unit(20), and a weight sensor(30). One end part of the link unit is joined to the seat frame by a hinge. The other end part of the link unit is joined to the weight sensor by the hinge. The weight sensor receives loads from the seat frame through the link unit.
