PURPOSE: A method for electrically detecting a target polynucleotide using conductive particles is provided to simply and precisely detect amplification and/or presence of the target polynucleotide. CONSTITUTION: A method for electrically detecting target polynucleotides using conductive particles comprises: a step of providing an electrical detection device having a reaction chamber and two metal electrodes in which one end of forward primer is fixed; a step of amplifying the target polynucleotide to obtain elongated target nucleotide; a step of plural first nucleotide oligomer-conjugated first conductive particles; a step of preparing plural second nucleotide oligomer-conjugated second conductive particles; a step of introducing the first conductive particles into a reaction chamber and connecting the target polynucleotide to the first conductive particles; a step of introducing the first and second conductive particles into a reaction chamber to form a conductive bridge; and a step of measuring electrical change and electrically detecting the presence of the target polynucleotide. |
