PURPOSE: A device for generating and transferring light wave energy and a method for using the light wave energy are provided to improve immunity by delivering light wave energy to the body of a creature. CONSTITUTION: A device for generating and transferring light wave energy comprises a light energy generation unit, an energy converting unit, and an energy adjusting unit. In the side of the device, an adapter plug and a power switch are equipped. An adapter plug is connected to an external power supply line. A power switch(3) is formed to be exposed outside. The energy converting unit converts light energy into spectrum, interference, and overlap. The energy adjusting unit is comprised of a color balancer and a prism disc. An energy discharge part is installed inside a cylinder frame.
