OPTICAL DEVICE PACKAGE AND METHOD FOR FABRICATING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An optical device package and a method fabricating thereof are provided to minimize a reflection amount of light generated due to a refractive index difference between a semiconductor material and air by forming a non-reflecting nano structure. CONSTITUTION: An optical device(200) is mounted on a substrate(100). A cover part support film(300) supports a cover part(400) while being formed on the top of the substrate. The cover part is formed on the top of the cover part support film. A non-reflecting nano structure(410) is formed on the cover part. The non-reflecting nano structure has a cycle or an average distance below an optical wavelength of the optical device.
