PURPOSE: A three dimensional character sign and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to arrange a plurality of LEDs with the constant interval on the bottom of the three dimensional characters. CONSTITUTION: The sign character is manufactured by the injection molding. The injection molded characters(10) are arranged to compose the word. The three dimensional character comprises a top(12), both ends(13), and a channel with the groove open on the bottom which extends along the character.
