PURPOSE: A bright annealing furnace with a heating furnace and a bright annealing method using the same is provided to efficiently deliver heat to a strip by directly exposing a strip on a space to which radiant heat is transferred. CONSTITUTION: A bright annealing furnace comprises a heating furnace(300) which heats a strip(S). The heating furnace is composed of a body, a strip transport part, and a burner nozzle part(330). A space is formed inside the body. The strip transport part transfers the strip, which is inserted into the internal space, along the longitudinal direction of the body. The burner nozzle provides radiant heat to the strip.
