PURPOSE: An activeness LED headlight is provided to secure a clear view at night time and to contribute to safe driving of an operator by controlling an irradiation range through motor control and to reduce power consumption by using a power LED. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle is exposed to various illuminations during driving at night time. The vehicle is driven in the bright environment when an operator drives the vehicle around the city. A sensor unit checks the quantity of light of the environment in which the vehicle is exposed by using CDS(Cadmium sulphide) sensor. A driving unit constitutes two head lamp modules. A lamp uses a power LED.
