FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: device for making ceramic products from aqueous slurries comprises a water-absorbing matrix, a passive core, units of their mutual coaxial installation, a system of supply and make-up of a slurry with make-up reservoirs, a sprue ring and a pouring nozzle. Circuits of forming surfaces of the matrix and the core are made on the basis of gradual reduction of a gap between them to a tip by 24 mm, the core is installed relative to the sprue ring with a gap of 23 mm. The sprue ring is installed in the matrix as cylindrically fit. In the sprue ring there is a circular cavity communicating with a pouring cavity of the matrix, the inner side wall of the circular cavity is arranged with an inclination towards the core, and the end of the sprue ring is installed in the zone of the water-absorbing layer of the matrix. ^ EFFECT: higher quality of products with reduced allowance for mechanical treatment. ^ 1 tbl, 2 dwg |
