FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: one prepares recipe components, blanches and strains carrots. Maize grits are blanched; sunflower flour is poured with drinking water and maintained for swelling. One mixes the listed components (while heated) with butter, sugar, salt, vanillin and cinnamon. The preserves are packed into containers, sealed and sterilised. ^ EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls. |
