FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical machine building, particularly, to hardware intended for processes of absorption, rectification and gas washing. Desorber comprises still and mass transfer sections. Still section is additionally furnished with protective shield directed perpendicular to reagent flow and secured to dead plate of desorber adjoining mass transfer section. Every cap-type plate of mass transfer section comprises branch pipes rigidly jointed thereto with cap arranged above every branch pipe with clearance from plate surface. At least three cap teeth are bent toward branch pipe and rigidly jointed to its surface. Desorber and cap-type plates are made from materials resisting working medium. Plate composite cap is made up of rounded bottom whereto toothed edge is welded. ^ EFFECT: higher safety and reliability. ^ 5 cl, 4 dwg |
