FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: one prepares recipe components, blanches and strains peas. Sunflower flour is poured with drinking water and maintained for swelling. One mixes the listed components (while heated) with melted fat, culinary salt and sodium glutamate to produce puree. Tongue is blanched and cut; the listed components are packed, sealed and sterilised. ^ EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls. |
