FIELD: packaging industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: device comprises a mounting frame, working tools of manufacturing the packages and means of actuating the working tools. The frame contains a dividing part in the form of a wall located along the assembly and separating the working tools from the drive means. As working tools the following means are used: supply means of wrapper parts in the form of a rotating devise, limiting multiple sites, distributed around the circumference, for placement the wrapper parts; the means to shape wrapper, comprising means forming a wrapper made in the form of means with an open hopper with an axial hole designed to shape the wrapper, and means for pushing the wrapper into the means of forming, means of filling wrappers; means of feeding of bowl-shaped wrappers in the longitudinal direction; means of joining the cap to the wrapper; means of bending tags, holding the cap and attaching the tags to the cap. All these means are installed on appropriate assembly tools that pass in the transverse direction from the separating means. ^ EFFECT: improved working conditions, increase of productivity and hygienic aspect of packaging. ^ 17 cl, 6 dwg |
