The concentration and influence exposure to ozone is regulated by the porosity in the range =90-10%. The porosity is determined from the ratio of time of ozonation to the period of ozonation time and time of active aeration according to the formula The flow of exhaust air is regulated toward the intensification of removal of moisture from the raw material in accordance with the rate of change in humidity of plant materials and exhaust air in time.
