FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to gynecology. In order to predict development of acute endometriosis after medical abortion before performing abortion performed is analysis of enzymes of lymphocytes in peripheral blood of pregnant women: glucose-6-phosphatedehydrogenase (G6PDG), NADP-dependent reaction of glutamate dehydrogenase (NADPGDG), malic-enzyme (NADPMDG), NADPH-dependent reaction of glutamate dehydrogenase (NADPHGDG) and glutathione reductase (GR). Coefficient of NADP+ (CR NADP), which represents the ratio of the product of activities of G6PDG, NADPMDG and NADPGDG to the product of activities of GR and NADPH-GDG, that is: CR NADP=(G6PDG-NADPMDGNADPGDG)/( GR-NADPH-GDG), is calculated. If the value of CR NADP equals or is higher than 0.09 development of acute endometriosis is predicted, and if the value of CR NADP is lower than 0.09, absence of development of acute endometriosis after medical abortion is predicted. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to predict risk of development of acute endometriosis in pregnant women before performing medical abortion. ^ 2 ex, 2 tbl |
