PURPOSE: An apparatus for analyzing microfluidic materials is provided to control flow of the microfluidic materials. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for analyzing microfluidic materials comprises: a housing(100) having a first inlet hole(110) at one side and a first outlet hole at the other side; a first connection line(200) which is connected to the first inlet hole at one end and is formed inside the housing; a second inlet hole(310) which is connected with the other end of the first connection line; a reactor(300) having a second outlet hole(320) and is formed inside the housing; and a microchannel(500). The microfluidic material is a microbead or latex bead conjugated with proteins, enzyme, DNA, or RNA.
