The device has a pontoon (1) to which favorizing units (2) are arranged to favorize sheltering, biomass development and biodiversity. A three-dimensional (3D) module support (20) defines cells (21, 21') spaced from/to each other and organized along a column or a line. A housing comprises an opening (22) toward outside. The support is fixed at the pontoon, or to elements mechanically associated with the pontoon, and is arranged below the pontoon. An elementary module (25) is arranged in the cells of the support, and includes reliefs arranged to favorize development of biomass and biodiversity.
