PURPOSE: A heterogeneous material discharging apparatus is provided to use a double-extrude molding process to obtain a folding unit using a flexible material to provide returning ability to the folding unit. CONSTITUTION: A heterogeneous material discharging apparatus comprises an upper combining unit(107), a folding unit(F), and a storing unit(101). The upper combining unit is combined to a container. The folding unit is produced with a flexible material different from a material forming a main body(100). The folding unit is extrude-molded by a multi-color extrude-molding apparatus, and includes a content discharging unit on the upper side. The storing unit is located on the inner lower side of the folding unit, and includes a storing space sealing surface opening by the pressing of the folding unit and falling a heterogeneous material from the storing unit into the container.
