The device has a casing (6) in which penis (9) of a male patient is positioned, where the casing is made from a waterproof and breathable part (1) integral with a super-absorbent fabric (2). The fabric includes two strips (3, 4) of hook and loop seals respectively sewn along length and width of the breathable part. One strip is sewn to longitudinal edges of the breathable part, and the other strip is sewn at edges corresponding to an opening of the casing to prevent urine leakage, where the fabric is made of Mystex(RTM: leak-proof and breathable fabric).
