Caulking machine using servo press

PURPOSE: A caulking machine using a servo press is provided to obtain precise pressing by using a hydraulic servo press and a pressure load cell for measuring pressure exerted on a cap. CONSTITUTION: A calking machine comprises a roller assembly(100), a rotary motor(110), a spindle assembly(120), a press-fitting assembly(130), a servo press(140), an up-and-down guide unit(150), a mounting unit(170), and a pressure rod cell(190). The roller assembly caulks a work piece by gradually pressing a caulking end of the work piece with a pair of rollers. The rotary motor creates torque for rotating the roller assembly. The spindle assembly transfers the torque of the rotary motor to the roller assembly. The press-fitting assembly presses a cap of the work piece. The servo press applies pressure so that the press-fitting assembly moves up and down by hydraulic pressure. The up-and-down guide unit guides so that the roller assembly and the spindle assembly move up and down. The mounting unit fixes of the work piece. The pressure load cell measures the pressure load applied to the work piece.
